Kids San-Da/San-Shou:
San-Da or San-Shou is literally free striking/free hand which is a form of sparring where by the participants utilize their Kung-Fu techniques in a dynamic yet safe and controlled environment. San-da techniques range from punches, kicks, take-downs, sweeps, kick catches, elbows, and knees. For safety reasons, self defense techniques such as joint locks and ground grappling are not allowed.
Protective gear such as head guard, chest guard, and padded gloves are worn.
Prerequisite for San-Da is age 8+ or ranked yellow stripe.

Seot Gok/Chin-Na (Submission Grappling):
Submission grappling is a safe, fun, and competitive way to learn about leverage, applying grappling techniques, counters, and escapes in real time, as well as tempering the ego.
The goal is to submit your opponent (tap or verbal) via joint locks and/or chokes. No strikes are allowed nor is grabbing the opponents clothing (clinch only).
Prerequisite for Grappling is age 8+ or ranked yellow stripe.
