A Warrior's Path

Ng Wu Sei Hoi Salute.
At Bak Mei Academy, training is split into several distinct levels so that the student has specific training goals and can accurately measure their progress.
At each level, the student will learn various techniques from the sets, condition & strengthen the body with a plethora of traditional and modern aparati, apply the techniques in a pragmatic manner (pad drills, bag work, sparring, etc), and hone the mind and spirit to balance with the body.
The Academy has only three expectations from students:
TRAIN WITHOUT EGO, BE RESPECTFUL, and WORK HARD.
